IATF 16949 Background:
The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) is an “ad hoc” group of automotive manufacturers and their respective trade associations, formed to provide improved quality products to automotive customers worldwide, for more details, please refer to https://www.iatfglobaloversight.org/about-iatf/.
The IATF 16949 standard have been developed by IATF which are customer-oriented standard. The goal of the IATF 16949 is the development of a QMS that provides for Continual Improvement, emphasizing defect pevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain.
Organization New to IATF 16949
For the new organization that would like to step into this automotive industry, we offer a very comprehensive package (training + consultancy) and support our clients from zero until certify to IATF 16949 standards.

Organization Already Certified to IATF 16949
For the organization that already certify to IATF 16949, we do have another consultancy package that we can offered, depends on their needs.
If the organization would like to have refresher training or train up a new batch of the internal auditor and/or supplier auditors, we can offer a good training package (of course with a good rate) to them. All the training that we provided are HRDF claimable.
Under the IATF 16949 clause 8.4.2.3 Supplier QMS development, organization that certify to IATF 16949 required to develop their suppliers in terms of QMS. Minimum requirement to be a supplier to the IATF 16949 certified organization is ISO 9001 certified and over the time, supplier has to be developed further according to the requirements in the clause 8.4.2.3.
